Hot Flax Meal

Hot Flax Meal


Place 1/4 to 1/2 cup of flax meal in your bowl
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter (optional)
3 Chopped dried prunes (optional)
Stevia Or Xylitol for sweetner

Boil water (I took a small hot pot with me) and pour over flax meal. Stir and eat. You can add milk if you want
