Cornbread Made With Xylitol Or Tagatose

Corn Bread

1 1/4 Cup Flour (I used 1/2 soy and 1/2 Buckwheat flour)
3/4 Cup Cornmeal
1/4 Cup Xylitol or tagatose
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 Cup milk (I used coconut milk)
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
2 Eggs beaten

Heat oven to 400* Grease and 8X8 Or 9X9 inch pan.

Combine dry ingredients.

Stir in milk, oil and beaten egg. Mix just until moistened
