Wheatgrass Banana Grapefruit Smoothie


1/2 Cup Grapefruit Juice (if the smoothie is to thick, add more juice)
About a handful of fresh clipped wheatgrass
1 banana peeled
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Put all ingredients into your smoothie maker or blender and blend until all ingredients are smooth.
