Whole Wheat Pie Crust

1 1/4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour (I used stone ground)
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/3 Cup Palm Shortening Or Real Butter
4-5 Tablespoons cold water







In food processor place flour, salt and shortening. Process until it is crumbs. Add water and process more.

Roll crust using more whole wheat flour. This is hard to roll, but just piece it together if you have to.

Bake at 400* 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
