|I replaced 1 cup of flax meal with 1 cup of ground millet. It turned out very good.|
(You can replace 1/2 of the flax meal with another flour)
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 Cup Xylitol
5 beaten eggs
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350 F.
I mix this all together and pour it into a greased pan, usually 13 X 9 X 2. I bake about 20 minutes or until the top springs back when touched.
Sugarfree Dairy free Vanilla Pudding. This turns out so yummy!!
